Worst communication & customer service. We Buy Cars

I have had one of the worst experiences at We buy cars.

Purchased a vehicle online that was at the Brackenfell branch. Needed to transport it up to JHB, the process took close to 3 weeks.

Upon trying to collect it at Midstream branch we experienced some challenges because no one was eager to assist because “it didn’t impact their sales targets”, eventually this amazing gentleman and one of the FCs assisted us (the only light in the process).

After that I thought the worst was over, it then took about 6 weeks to get the license and registration done (not without constant following up), only to then be told we needed to arrange to take the vehicle for road worthy again because that had expired and they cannot issue a license disk without it.

Roadworthy was then done & certificate submitted last week Friday but still nothing.

The worst thing has honestly been the lack of communication all around, I am the one CONSTANTLY following up. The internal escalations are of no use, I have called to complain numerous times, lodged a complaint on their website. Waste of time.

I just want to get the license disk to never have to deal with them again.
