Worst car dealer ever!!!!

Worst place to buy a car at...More Like we buy ****s. Do not trust their Dekra report its a **** and a lie. I bought a VW POLO VIVO 1.4 that had no problems according to their Dekra report only to find out that the car won't go into reverse,the car was filthy not even washed but I was told them in the morning I will pick up at 5pm,I tried to negotiate the price but the Manager couldn't careless and said they have to refund me...the sad part is that I'm still waiting for my refund it's been 5 days.the customer care center is more like Customer I Don't Care centre...they put me on hold and their Managers are always in a meeting the whole day...some have dropped my calls. I have been promised to be called back till now.i requested to complaint about the silver lakes branch Manager, sales man and call center agents but was not assisted. WEBUY****S is the Actual business name. They all have a *** attitude from the bottom to Management.Cold and heartless.its like they all born of the same mother. I WANT MY ****EN MONEY
