Worst car buying experience ever!

No accountability and zero customer service.

1. Bought a car from them in December. It needed to be brought down from JHB (to CT) and I was told it would pass its roadworthy. It didn't. I only found this out while I was at the branch to collect the vehicle (having spent over R300 on an Uber)

2. Was told the registration would take two weeks. It has now been almost 2 months!

My biggest complaint is that you simply cannot get hold of ANYONE other than the sales rep you dealt with when buying the car. There is NO contact details for any department and nobody will provide you with anyone's info. I've lodged 3 complaints through their website in 2 months and all of them have gone unanswered.
