Worst business in South Africa!!

1 star is too much for this business.

After buying a vehicle in May, with a dekra report saying that the enjin noises and gearbox is very good, to a car that sounds like it swallowed a crying cat and a gearbox that keeps on jumping out of 5th gear when you drive. I had the enjin fixed and spent almost R20 000 to get this repaired, only to find out my claim is rejected for a refund on some of the repairs due to the fact that I have already had it fixed. How the hell am I supposed to drive a ****** car if it's broken?! So of course I had it fixed. The customer service agents Cheryl and Angelina are terrible. No response from them what so ever and only after spending almost 20 min on the line with them I find out it's been rejected and I was apparently emailed but I did not get anything!!! I will be escalating this to my lawyers. This business is a ****!!!!!!!!
