Worst and unfair customer treatment - Complete ***** by We Buy Cars.

What a terrific experience I am getting with We Buy Cars - Springfield, Durban, assisted by Kaylin. I bought an NP200 with Finance. They had charged me additional on my Finance application so that they sort out few issues in the car. I collected the car after it had gone for Roadworthy inspection and they said it was certified. When I got home with the car, it had multiple issues and I called them the following day to address the issue. They asked me to send it to their nearest approved workshop - which I did. They said I must claim from the insurance, and they will pay the difference. Now I am told that Kimberley Mngomezulu who had made those promises is on leave and some bosses have declined that arrangement. I am now being asked to pay the shortfall between what the insurance paid and what the workshop wants. We buy cars is giving me such a horrible experience right now. I am paying the installment for the car that I am not driving. My business is suffering also. I will never but anything from WE Buy Cars anymore. I don't have money for the shortfall, and these were preexisting car issues, but now they are denying helping me as a client. Simphiwe who is now handling the matter is equally not so helpful because the bosses are horrible.
