Worst after service ever

The worst after service. Financed a car through webuycars midstream. 1 installment paid and the car had mechanical issues. Raised concern with them and no one bothers to call back. I was advised after calling them numerous times to take it for diagnosis and they will provide feedback on the next steps to take. Again no feedback from them. I'm left with a R82000 quote. Communication is key.
