Worst after sales service from Webuycars

I had the worst after sales experience from webuycars. I purchased a ford kuga from the silverlakes branch 2 months ago but before the purchase it was sent to a workshop for repairs. All was good for 2 months then the vehilce developed and oil leak and the battery that the vehicle came has to be replaced. I sent the vehilce to a workshop mainly for the oil leak issue. They informed me that the oil feed pipe that goes to the gearbox was never properly tightend and thats the reason for the oil leak. I informed webuycars that the previous workshop that worked on the car did not ensure that everything was done correctly and that i now had to pay for their negligence. I asked for assistance on the total quote of R4614. I asked that they only cover the new battery and that i will cover the rest. They informed me that they will not assist as it is a wear and tear item. I HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR ONLY 2 MONTHS!!!! How is it that i now have to pay for it!!!! Absolute worst after sales service. I will never buy from them again if this is how they treat customers!!!!!
