Worst after sales service evwr

I bought a car from WBC Mbombela. Was charged for the windscreen and boot lock mechanism so the car passes it's Dekra.. Since the deal was processed late in the afternoon they could only fit the windscreen.. Was told to go to a repair shop and bring them a quote for the lock.. I sent them a quote and it has since been 3 months.. I keep calling and the sales person (Aron Shongwe) either ignores my call or promises to give me an answer and forgets about me.. This was communicated to Sandra but to no help... Utterly disgusted
