Worst after sales service ever

The terrible experience I have had with We Buy Cars, is the most frustrating thing ever.

They promise you an after sales service that does not exist. I purchased a vehicle and I picked some issues. I alerted them before fetching the car and i was told everything was sorted out. I fetch the car and the very next day those issues were back. Now they are giving me the run around even though they said the warranty becomes active as soon as you take ownership of the vehicle, lies.

When I called the warranty people, I was told I have to wait 20 days before I can make any claims. I needed having to spend R13000 to fix the car which they claimed is under warranty. Because John Wilkonson(Concern number 36188) who is the customer care consultant at We Buy Cars does not return my emails or even take my calls.

I should have just gone to a proper dealership aand bought a car there. Because I didn't expect such stress when buying a car from these people.
