Worst after sales service and empty promises

I bought a Polo Vivo VW on the 1st of September in Gqeberha,on my way from the dealership,the car hit the engine just before Peddie,I called my sale lady Mila who organised a tow truck,long story short,I told them I don’t want the car anymore I want a refund,I have been sent from pillar to post by the manager Charleston Ruiters since that day,I was told the cancellation was done done and now we waiting for the money to reflect,till this day 28th I haven’t received that refund,instead Charleston told the sale lady to tell me he is attending a training in Gauteng he is unable to make a follow up,after waiting for 4 weeks he can’t make a follow up….I am hoping the get to the bottom of this by tomorrow the 29th or I am taking this up with the ombudsman
