Worst after-sale service

We buy cars has the worst after-sale service I've ever experienced. Bought a car from their PE branch in September 2022, Bridget Pansegrouw promised that I'd receive my natis documents within 21days but she did not register the car. Then in November 2022 they asked me to take the car for roadworthy, as she took to long to do her job the initial one expired. I had to spend my own money and time to go do the 2nd unnecessary roadworthy and I was promised a refund but I haven't received a cent from them up until today. No response on my emails either. Same poor service from Marissa De beer and Theshane Govender. Worst dealership
