Woeste ever service

I received feedback here on hello Peter that the issue I addressed would be resolved but that was a load of **** and lies wow These people can avoid you, they refuse to reply to all the emails and telephone calls. I purchased a vehicle at there PE branch and was utterly dissatisfied as they gave me a false dekra report as the vehicle would never ever pass roadworthy with faulty shock absorbers, all suspension parts was damaged etc and I spent over R11k to get it fixed and Charlston at the time said i would get the money back but when I asked for it on paper then the ignoring started..I spoke to Charleston the customer service agent that said he will get back to me.. lies.. Fabian called me and said he will solve the issue but then he went ghost on me and don’t take my calls..Irone the sales lady just don’t care even as well as everyone else at we buy cars. I’m so utterly disgusted in the service I’m receiving it’s just ********* business practise. I will never ever advise anyone to ever buy a car from them as even there PTA branch is the same as no one just seem to care anymore and we as clients must be okay with how we get treated
