Withholding a R 10,000 deposit for no reason.

Absolutely disgusting service and unprofessionalism. I paid R 10,000 deposit towards a vehicle on Sunday, 12th March 2023. We never bought a car that day, and to date I still haven't received the returned deposit and am awaiting a phone call from Jonathan Appleby (management) to explain why not? My emails, calls, sms's are unreturned and the Call Centre say they will assist but do nothing.

Nathaniel Sithole who assisted us the 12th March says he cannot assist any further, but has tried to get things done - he seems as frustrated as I am.
