Will definitely not recommend

If I could give them 0 stars I would, what an absolute disappointment! From the start we had nothing but issues with them.

We bought a Ford Ranger from them with and A rating, and they said that they will also do service before we received the car (we had to pay extra of course) but the car was never serviced, it was not even clean when they gave it to us.

Then, the car started smoking and burn oil, which we had to claim from the warranty (within the first month of having the car). Some of the problems persisted, and after further investigation, it showed that the entire engine must be replaced. Given that the car was giving so much trouble within the first few months, we reached out to we buy cars for assistance in replacing the engine. Initially they said that we must handle it through the warranty (again), after going back and forth they said the will escalate the matter to management (which took weeks) only to return with management’s answer ‘it must go through the warranty’.

No one is willing to assist in any regard, and they hide behind customer service emails without doing the effort of getting a manager to call and resolve the issues.
