Why not to use WeBuyCars

After spending weeks hunting for a car, I finally found something on auction. Low mileage, clean Dekra, etc. My wife and I decided to go for it. So after winning the auction last week Friday, they contacted with the forms and details which I filled in and returned on Saturday. Didn't hear anything after that. I left it for Monday, tried getting through on Tue, with no luck, Wed got through to Apiwe who couldn't help, then Letang who couldn't help and the Kobus who said he would help but again didn't hear anything. So I enlisted help, on Thursday my proxy spent the entire day on the phone and started pushing them for answers. In the morning they said they would sort it out, the car needs a service. Then in the afternoon, they say they CANNOT FIND THE DEKRA REPORT!? What!? They tell us it still needs a Dekra evaluation, it will go in and then they will let us know. So I open communication with my legal advisor and report the case to the consumer protection commission whom both have come on board to assist with the matter. Then I the evening they tell me, the car was sold to someone else... really!? I am going to take this far.
