Give credit where credit is due! If you're looking for phenomenal, stress-free service and someone who goes above and beyond with everything we've been through. The man of the moment...(Drumroll) Branch Manager of Brackenfell - Russouw Du Plessis. We purchased a vehicle a month ago and needles to say...The vehicle had so many issues which were not stipulated on the Dekra report issued on the vehicle initially. This guy went above and beyond to get the vehicle sorted. After all the effort, the vehicle left me in the middle of nowhere. I gave him a call, and he didn't hesitate to leave his busy branch to collect me himself and arrived within 15min. A month later...the deal was canceled, and a replacement deal was done seamlessly!!! I am so pleased with the level of service and support from all the staff at Brackenfell! If only we could see this level of customer service in all the sectors of this country! He made a very stressful situation for us so easy. Thank you again Russouw, the level of service at your branch is phenomenal! I will recommend you guys to everyone reading this! What an absolute pleasure dealing with you. Oh....and don't forget Imraan...such an awesome sales gentleman.
