Where is the Money

It took their system 5 minutes to debit the R5000 auction deposit and days later I am still trying to get my unused deposit back. Not to mention that they cannot credit the same account that they debited from. At 8000 cars a month at R5000do the maths they are holding R40m of other peoples money and probably more. Guess they have a very busy treasury department - a bit like Mc Donalds that makes more money from real estate than burgers. The cherry on the top my account shows a zero balance even though they are happy to confirm that they have R5k of mine. This means that the money owed to me is not showing up as a liability but as a credit on their system. All in all I wonder who their auditors are?
