What customer service?

I app**** for finance for a motorbike I wanted to buy for my son. I got approval, and almost 3 weeks later I still do not have the bike or any real clarity on when I can get the bike.

There's always something that seems to be an issue : There was a problem with tyre, they had to send this part to the panelbeater, they're waiting for the tyre, or the vendor is being sent up from Durban etc.

Yesterday I was told the bike would be ready by 12 today, it's not. I have to keep following up with your people to get answers. I'm gatvol. I just want to cancel this deal as it is clear you do not value any of your customers.
