What an Absolute waste of time!

What an absolute waste of my time!

I registered my vehicle online and received an "estimated offer" which I immediately declined.

A few minutes later I received a call from a salesman by the name of Pieter Erns Steyn, requesting to come through & view the vehicle on my premises. I informed him that I declined the offer that was made and therefore I'm not interested. He assured me that he would offer more than the estimated offer upon reviewing the vehicle.

I agreed to a viewing and pleaded with him to not waste my time as I would need to take off work for the viewing/ inspection. He assured he would not waste my time.

He arrived for the viewing/ inspection to which it took him approximately 90 minutes to "view" the vehicle and then further took it for a test drive of 16km. He stated that he had to drive the vehicle a certain "route" as per a We Buy Cars app.

And of course to NO surprise he came back with the exact same offer that I declined on the online portal & after I pleaded not waste my time!

This was just another KPI meeting that had to be attended to and ticked off his daily meeting target.

PLEASE STOP WASTING CUSTOMERS TIME! WE KNOW YOU "REALLY" WANT OUR CARS BUT WE "REALLY" HAVE A PRICE IN MIND.
