What a painful experience trying to get my refund

This is my second review. You gave me a response and never followed through. I asked for feedback on your initial response and received no feedback. I am asking for my refund of R2500.00 that I paid as a holding deposit. Surely there has to be someone who can assist with this. I have emailed Tashbeeka, Stefan, Chante, Elroy, and another person whose email address I was given telephonically. I have called numerous times and I have been promised feedback numerous times as well to no avail. Please can someone action this simple request. Please can I have my feedback. Account 974725.
