What a disgrace of a company.

Disgusted in their service. Read this before you go there.

So I found interest in a vehicle that was in another province(1000km away). After I was happy with the vehicle they sent me the offer to purchase, I signed everything and asked the lady from F&I if "everything was in order" she rep**** yes just bring you insurance letter, drivers license and ID with you. The vehicle just needed to come back from service and then do roadworthy. I made arrangements to travel all the way from Port Elizabeth to Pietermaritzburg for collection on the 9th of November as my daughter's first birthday is on the 10th of November. I arrived at the depot around 12am on the 9th. Vehicle came back from roadworthy, they washed it and parked the bakkie ready to be handed over whilst I was waiting to finalize paperwork. Around 3pm I recieved a call from the F&I lady and her reply was "I totally forgot about the settlement document which was needed before we can release the vehicle" The amount of dissapointment I felt at that moment as I know there was no way for me to get that at that time and I am about to mis my daughters first birthday, they made me wait until 5pm to try and work around it but the were not able to. I immediately went to book an uber and a flight that was only able to get me home by 8am on Friday the 10th. So I had no other option to leave empty handed, dissapointed and make it back home to attend my daughters birthday(late).

I spent R800 to get to the depot via a driver/taxi R3900 on plane tickets back to PE R2000 on a hotel for 11 hour layover in OR Tambo. Almost R7000 in the drain for nothing.

They did not even offer to pay for my trip back.
