They auction the cars first and sell auctioned cars to the customers. So they dont have guarantees they give what car dealers have to do... I asked it in Brackenfell branch at the customer service and I asked if the engine breaks, what is the damage claim I have against them. He answered it is my problem... By the way, I bought 4 years ago an Audi A5. Before the tesstdrive they had to add one liter of oil... I had to add 2 liters of oil every 1 000 km... till it broke down... R 40 000 later.
