This has been our experience and worse to be quiet honest. I will never ever refer anyone to this company. That doesn't even go as far as talking about the absolutely rude branch manager at the dealership, rude staff amd the stress and damages they have caused to us as a family being careless with 3 small kids at home and now having to make a plan to get my self to work as well. They have gone completely against the costumers act and we will most certainly be taking this further and exposing this company for the ***** deals they do, the misleading information and the rude client service and bullying from their employees. Worst service ever!!!!!!! What ever happend to repair replace or refund that it's the consumers choice not the dealer ?I have been forced to replace or refund not to mention my car I sold has already been sold.
