I bought a VW Amarok on 2019-08-10. The aircon is not working. Got a quote of over R4000. Did call the salesman and explained. This was 3 days after buying the car. He was verry helpfull the whole time one positive. He asked the manager he said they wont fix it. He loged a complain. Did not give me any references. After 2 weeks he informed me they wil not be able to fix it. So I paid a lot of money for a car where the aircon is not working and stay burgersfort where you need one. I am disgussed wirh the brand as they only worry about money and not the service. Like said the salesman was great.
