Webycars.co.za evaluator damaged car during evaluation.

I took my car in on the 22/05/2019 at the webycars.co.za branch in Silverlakes because I wanted to do a trade-in. During the evaluation process, the buyer(evaluator) took the car for a test drive, by himself, and asked us to wait inside the store for him until he returns. Once he returned we went outside to hear from him what he thought and to our surprise the car was making a funny, unusual noise. Having owned the car for 2+ years there’s never been any noises as such. When we confronted him about it he claimed to not know anything about it.
