Contacted webuycars on website because saw used car available at their Centurion showroom. Conacted Henry Harber the deputy head of sales who put me onto his brother, Dan who manges the showroom. They both greeted me on arrival and salesman Victor da Silva took us for two test drives. They were honest about what little was wrong with this old car - turns out nothing major - they had a DEKRA report on the car also. While we were driving to Centurion, Dan took the car to a mechanic to find out why an engine management light was on of his own volition and sorted the issue. They treated us with friendship, with courtesy, with professionalism, even with humour. When I decided to buy the car, they gave me a tablet and I paid securely, and they gave me the filled in papers and registration documents and were finished WITHIN 30 MINUTES. It took Outsurance 41 minutes to put the car on cover, which although the end result is good, meant that the car was ready well before the insurance was!
