Webuycars.co.za ....should rather be wesellduts!!

My wife and i recently bought a camper trailer for R107 000 at webuycars Brackengate. On our first trip away i immediately realised that the deep cycle battery is not holding a charge....i subsequently had it tested and was advised that the battery is a dut. I immediately contacted a very unhelpful customer complaints department who informed me that they will get back to me (2 weeks and counting). I then contacted the branch manager, Marques who informed me that there is nothing they can do, i bought the trailer as is. My point is that there was no way i would have known that the deep cycle battery was a dut, if i knew i would've bought trailer. Be wary of buying from Webuycars, once they have your money they become extremely hostile and are not very helpful.
