Webuycars.co.za should be named "we buy headaches"

My name is Mbali, and I would warn everyone to stay away from webuycars.co.za

Webuycars.co.za has to be worst vendor I have come across. We sold a car to them mid-year 2022, at first everything seemed to be going smoothly until the car was sold to another person, which happened within the first month of them advertising the car on their site. Webuycars was supposed to handle all the transfer details of the car from my name to the new owner's name. They requested all relevant documents from me, which I submitted to them. It is now 2024 and the car is not only sold out of the country, but it is still in my name.

I have gone back and forth with webuycars.co.za trying to resolve this situation, however they don't seem to have an interest in resolving a problem which they created. The car now owes Thousands of rands in overdue licensing fees, and because of this it affects me with my current vehicle when I need to renew my disc, not only that but the car's traffic violations come in my name. Through all these failed attempts to get webuycars.co.za to rectify this issue, they have resorted to being rude and disgustingly disrespectful in their communication. The agent I was dealing with from the onset is Mfundo, who has now stopped taking my calls or always promises to get back to me but never does.

I would seriously warn everyone to stay away from Webuycars.co.za unless you are actively looking for headaches in your life.
