Webuycars.co.za- Midstream (Unacceptable and deceptive service)

My parents and I were at We buy cars Midstream Branch on Saturday 21/01/23. We were looking for a car for me. We found a Silver Ford Fiesta S/C EBF406402 and we were assisted by a gentleman named Theunis. We were happy with the car, went for a test drive and decided that we were going to buy it. While we were there we app**** for finance on my father's Name, Mr P M R Cancela. we filled in everything and were just short his payslip which we emailed through yesterday 23/01/23 we told him that we wanted the car and ASKED him please to keep it for us, he told us that once we start with the finance procedure, they put a sticker on the car to let other buyers know. Theunis didn't communicate with us as promised, when i phoned him, he came up with stories like the emails bounced back to him but he did resend it. This was yesterday the 23/01/23. So today, he sent me a whatsapp letting me know that the car has been sold. How on earth do you sell a car that we are busy getting finance FOR? HOW does your Company work? don't you have ethics??? NOW WHAT???Now the Bank is approving our loan (if he submitted the paperwork) and there's no car!!! We are Furious with your bad customer service, false advertising and lying Salesman. ********* and disappointing service all round. Thumbs down.
