Webuycars.com PATHETIC!!!!!!!

Most pathetic service received from Webuycars.com Germiston!!!!!

We purchased a car over a week ago and when we were supposed to collect it, we were told their salesman poured diesel instead of petrol and therefore we had to cancel and exchange the vehicle for another one (same make and model) Debit order has gone through on the cancelled car insurance and tracker already installed and registered on our name.

Just when we thought the worst was over, we are going two weeks without a car that all paper work and finance is long completed!!!!! And now we have to wait as this other car now has a locknut issue and they first have to send it to their workshop on our bill???? A car we are yet to receive from them and already given a run around as we are supposed to still collect!!! Two occasions they postponed car collection while we booked off to do this!!!!!

I have never seen such incompetence from a dealership that claims to be the best!!!

I will never advice anyone to trust these people as the same car that we initially cancelled is on their floor for sale, while we know what happened!!!

Till this day we are yet to receive our other purchased car from them, no accountability from management either!!!!
