Webuycars won't pay my deposit back!!!

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Not going to bore you with a long essay, will get straight to the point. If WeBuyCars tells you to pay a 24hour holding deposit to hold the car so you can come view and test drive, don't do it!!! I still havnt received my deposit back after a month and everytime I phone they tell me to email some person that works there, I must sent numerous emails asking where's my deposit and not one email back, I'm literally going around in circle trying to get my money back. After doing some research it seems to be a deposit holding **** where no one is receiving there deposits back. According to the call Centre I should of been paid my deposit back 48 hours after viewing the car. It seems that the people working there are *********** at there jobs.
