I would like to warn everyone about this company especially their online auction cars. I recently purchased a car on their online auction platform with certain errors marked on the condition report for that vehicle. When I received the vehicle that list of errors more than doubled. The faults they did not mention in the report is more than the value of what I bought the car for. Now they want to hide behind the "voetstoots" clause because they don't either care for me the consumer or they think they have no responsibility. But the law also govern auctions and especially misleading, misrepresentation and false information. I will not take this lying down. I will not let a company just steamroller me with words and think I will accept anything they say. It's shameful that this company sells cars that is nearly a non runner as a car needing minor repairs!!
