Webuycars vehicle issues and customer care issues

Bought a 2014 Nissan Qashqai 1.5dci from Webuycars , traded-in the vehicle i had and thought getting a category A vehicle was a good idea, how wrong i was. After purchasing the vehicle i drove it for about 230km, whilst on the highway the car just lost power and an engine check light immediately came on. I keep a diagnostics machine handy due to past experience with a few troublesome cars, I plugged in my diagnostic machine and got some worrying error codes which i took pictures of and i drove to Webuycars to lodge my complaint and drop off the vehicle as i was not happy after having the car for 10 days it was failing to drive properly. The salesperson who served me during my purchase assisted me in lodging my online complaint and assured me the process wouldn't take time. A couple of days went by and I got no response, started calling, the query number finally came after i had already lodged another query. The query mail, stated i would be assisted in 24 hours’ time, which passed and i had to call a number of times for a number of days til i got assigned to someone who was only reachable the first day, Ruan, he told me to take the car to their approved garage and that if i wanted to return the car it needed to be checked for defects, i took the car to their recommended garage and no feedback has been received from Webuycars , iam without a car since, i have a school run and have to go to work using uber and taxis to get around all of which are an inconvenience since i bought a car which has spent more time out of my hands than with me now. I have been trying to call the customer care agent handling my case and have been getting the run around, all attempts to reach him through his colleagues have been futile, either his number is engaged or he was doing training or not on duty that day, they would take my phone number and assure me he would get my message to call back urgently. I was thinking of getting a replacement vehicle and even sent an official mail to have this done, no reply whatsoever, iam greatly disturbed by the treatment of being made to hold a call for close to an hour to get no assistance whatsoever. I feel ****med! They were so fast in taking my money but now for them to take action I have to push a mountain. Called today and asked to speak to Ruan and was put on hold for close to an hour, hung up and called again to speak to a manager, gave my concern number and got re-routed to the Ruan who hasn't been available to speak to me. I have since requested a refund which iam told will take a further 48hours (i do not believe in their time frames anymore) on top of the time i have spent without a vehicle, i do not feel comfortable dealing with Webuycars anymore if the service is going to leave me bitter like this, which leaves me at a cross roads. Iam being told a thermostat and its housing are responsible for the issues i have encountered with the vehicle, yet the error code issues i picked up were pointing to the turbo, the glow plugs and throttle position sensor. The car did not even boil to show there was a temperature problem nor raise its temperature above normal, which raises another alarm for me. For anyone reading this and hoping to get a car with Webuycars , tread carefully.

I have been greatly disappointed again by the service from webuycars, i managed to get a replacement vehicle, runs like a charm, but a balance was left on my account which i was told i would get refunded within 24-72 hours, and that was on the 3rd of December 2022, here we are on the 18th and iam struggling to get my money back.
