WEBUYCARS - They also cost you money & take the little patience you may have left
You should never buy a vehicle with we buy cars. Not only do the report tell you that the spare wheel is in order they also tell you the car is in a good condition and you will not regret buying with them. Maybe sometime in the past they were great - buy we have brought two vehicles with them in a period of a year. We will not make THIRD time a charm. I will never ever to business with them again. If you want to be dissapionted and loose money please do use them.

23 Apr 2025, 00:57Well it is sad to see that you have just emailed us that you will not refund is for getting home. But you did fix the problem the vehicle had. So you confirmed that you were at fault with fixing the problem but not what it cost to get my hussband home in the middel of the night. We did try to contact you many times and now you want to use this as the main excuse and are just telling us to go to the ombudsman. Very mature of you.

06 Jun 2025, 00:02Still no refund was givin to get my husband home in the middle of the night. Over 700km away from me. You sold the car knowing the alternator wasn't charging and still you put him on the road the agent knew he was on his way to Bloemfontein. Now all you send us was. Contact the ombudsman. You fixed the alternator later so you have confirmed it was your fault. R20 000 gone and you just go on each day like normal while we had to sell many of our household supplies to servive
