Webuycars. The biggest, most ******* car dealership in South Africa? People. Be aware!
Webuycars. The biggest, most ******* car dealership in South Africa? and they get away with it! But for how long? Sooner or later all their lies and business ethics and the way they do business will hit a dead end and more and more people will wake up and see how they've been *****ed over. * You Offer people little to nothing/(below /or trade value) for buying their car then you want to sell it again at retail price or above as quickly as possible for massive profits. Hiding the car's issues with your rushed off/false Dekra inspection report so you can convince people to buy it as quickly as possible then make them sign an agreement when they buy cash that any and all issues will be their/the buyer's problem once the sale went through to avoid any responsibility? Perfect way to ***** people out of their hard earn money while you smile to the bank with it and making millions doing so! * Your Dekra Reports doesn't mean nothing here..rushed off pushing through 50 - 80 new arrivals/cars everyday at each Branch...how can these reports be accurate when a Dekra should take at least 1-2h??..your staff gets told to push through them as quickly as possible to get it sold as quickly as possible so you don't have to deal with anny issues afterwards..that's why you prefer people that buys with their hard earned 'cash' so you can just throw the contract into their faces once something goes wrong wiping your hands not taking any responsibility. * +- 80% of your cars is not roadworthy or have issues. * You provide false/incomplete Dekra Roadworthy reports on the cars to sell them as quickly as possible. * Your sales reps lies and convince people that knows nothing about cars to buy your junk and then forces them to sign an agreement where you don't take any responsibility for any issues. * They target people that doesn't know much about vehicles and they will convince them to buy it with their lies. * Their sales reps only focus is to push sales as quickly as possible as one can hear them 'brag' about how many sales/money they made for the day. R800 for every cash sale!!! No wonder they will find or say just about anything to their customers to close the deal/sale as quickly as possible.. ofcourse they try to push for the Finance deals more as they earn more then double that on every sale! Why do you think that that's the first question they will asked you when entering their Branch? ..even before they introduce themselves they will ask you if it's (cash or finance)! * First time buyers, older people/couples & people that doesn't know much about cars is their best/easiest deals.. * They hide the car's trade and retail prices on the stickers most of the time to avoid you seeing how much over/more they are charging but they probably offered under/ or trade value for it! So no, they are not the cheapest! * Hundreds if not Thousands of bad reviews already from people that's been *****ed over by them. Now they try to increase their scores/ratings by asking people to wright a good review during the sales proses before they leave..very smart or should it be sneaky! * You can expect to wait a min. Of 4-8weeks for your car's Natis documents even though they falsely states 2-3 weeks. The law states you must change ownership within 21 days but they don't care... * Customer care service/after sales service is the worst you can deal with.. almost non existent for them as they already have your money and they'll just try to move one issue to another or someone else as tomorrow they will have the same again by the hundreds from new other buyer's.
** So, this was just a few/some of the things that was picked up while doing business with this company (Webuycars). A big lesson was learned and hopefully more and more people eyes will open and see them (Webuycars) for what they really are and expose them! Be careful when dealing with them to avoid losing/wasting your hard earn money as you will have no support from them when things goes south. If you do deal with them, make sure you have someone with you with good car knowledge to avoid them taking you for a 'ride' and over paying for a car.
