WeBuyCars the biggest **** artists

The absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a car. They sold me a defective vehicle that had a PLATINUM DEKRA rating. Subsequently the engine ceased and after allot of struggle (car stood on side of road for a week after breakdown) they confirmed that the sale is canceled. They promised a settlement of MFC finance account and repay my deposit. This was supposed to be concluded within 10 days after canceling. It is now more than 4 weeks later. The MFC contract has still not been settled and canceled and WeBuyCars GEORGE is ignoring all requests. My old car that I sold to them as Deposit has also since been sold by them, so I've been sitting without a car for more than a month. The "Webuycars" car broke down 3 times before the final engine cease. And WeBuyCars just does not care. I am going to my lawyers and the ombudsman but it will not get me anywhere closer to a solution soon. Please please please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.THEY ARE ****** AND THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. It seems that when the customer is female, they think you are too stupid. I have all the communication received from the branch manager. Also communication from MFC stating the account is not settled.
