WeBuyCars terrible service once you paid your are on your own

I bought my vehicle on 31 January2024 at the Richmond branch. To date 4 April 2024 I have not received my number plates. A service for which I am paying. The first temporary plate expired three weeks later. I had to go back and collect a new temporary plate. The plate expired 18 March. I am currently driving with an expired temporary plate.

I have followed up constantly, and was promised that a new plate will be delivered to my office. Nothing no feedback no promises kept, a clear FU to me as a client. I complained to customer care. Same story, we are very sorry, I will get back to you. Nothing further. Once you buy the car you are on your own.
