Webuycars tempered with car mileage

I bet online for Audi A4 which was showing 91 000 kilometers on the clock later before the auction end I found out that it was tempered with. I tried to log a complain on their website and I received an automated email saying that someone will call me and no one called me up until today. I went to the Dome branch and I was referred to Kyle by his manager Jandre, Kyle requested some documentation which I emailed to him and I was promised to get my money back in 72hours which I'm still waiting for.
