Webuycars suck at after sales service - R2000 license and registration for what??

Bought a car in February, permit has expired now for the second time. The DOme branch is just not sending me my registration document and plates. Call center tells me 2-4 days i'll get a tracking number, logged a complaint, 2 days without a response, Call center number is not even ringing anymore. If I was closer, I would collect it, but i'm living in a different town. They put n a lot of effort to sell you the car, after that there is NO service. Excellent rating selling cars to them, would not recommend buying, as after sales service does not exist. Worst experience ever buying a vehicle.
