Webuycars suck

Dealt with Craig Hoorn He is useless and never came back to me on my complaint.Phoned him 4 times and he then said he will phone me back and never did. Bought my daughter Sarah van Niekerk a Honda Brio with reg no JH45VDGP from Germiston. Collected the vehicle in November. Next day, I realized no jack and wheel spanner in the vehicle.Acccording to me this was in vehicle when I inspected the car even the Dekra report states the following. Repair set like new. I registered a complaint with We Buy Cars and still I have not been assisted.I had to buy a new jack and spanner. Will never support them again.
