Webuycars still didnt pay, but they have my vehicle

I went to Webuycars Paarl hub to sell my trailer. They made me a n offer for my trailer and I accepted and signed. I even received the contract on mail. They took my trailer, but still, 20 days later I have not received ANY money (not even a deposit). I bouigt it new and its paid off. I supp**** them with a paid of letter the same day. When I call, they say they are busy with the paiment and will revert back to me, wich they never do.
