Webuycars Springfield - Terrible service

Terrible after sales service Webuycars Springfield branch. i bought a car from vereeniging branch (received good service from these guys) , battery was faulty, their supplier was offline so eventually after a few hours i had to leave and drive car AS IS back to durban, trying not to stop anywhere. Eric(Vereeniging) arranged for the battery to be fitted on Friday 3rd april 2026. i went in to springfield branch at 9.20 am to be utterly disgusted with their terrible service. they were of no help at all and were not willing to help. If it wasnt for the young man at first battery, who went above and beyond to assist me, i would have had to cancel my holiday plans. Advice for WBC, if your sales people on the floor are of no help, rather not sell cars, just stick to buying. I have the names of all the people at wbc who were of no halp at all.
