Webuycars sold me a vehicle with *****ulent or non-existent roadworthy test.

I purchased a Ford Figo middle of last year from Webuycars Midstream. I wanted to renew my cars license this week so I can travel for the Easter weekend. Only to be informed that according to the system my car never went for a roadworthy test. After speaking to a consultant at Webuycars, I now have to take time off from work to take my vehicle to a Dekra centre and do the roadworthy.

I paid for a roadworthy with my purchase. It was a requirement for purchase. How can it not reflect? My time is being wasted to fix a companies mistake. A mistake that could cost me dearly if I was to be pulled over and a roadworthy check was done by officials. And how can I be sure that faults that are found now were checked in the last alleged test? And who is going to pay for costs?
