Webuycars sold me a damaged car but the report had no mention of this.
I bought a car with a gold sticker at Webuycars. They said the car had no issues but on the 3rd day driving it I got stuck with it and discovered that it has gearbox issues. It is unacceptable for these dealerships to lie on their reports. It is not safe to drive in a cars that can just get stuck. Had to spend the whole weekend without a car.They don't seem to care at all. This is so stressful 😫 I called them and they say I must wait for them to get back to me.

03 Oct 2022, 17:03Thanks for your response. I received a message on email that it will take you guys 5 to 7 days to look into my case, approving or declining. I can't wait this long. I am stuck without a car, can't work. This is a big inconvenience. I need a car to asap.

Traded in my new car and they told me this car only requires a service. They took advantage of me because I know nothing about cars. This company is abusive. I want to cancel this deal and get my car back asap.
