Webuycars silverlakes Pathetic service

I would not recommend anyone buying from webuycars. No customer service and I can say with experience they really are pathetic. bought a Mahindra bakkie at Silver lakes. 5 days in bakkie broke down. They collected car on the 17th of January and then told u they will refund. only got proof of payment from them on the morning of 27 January 2022. Was told on different occasions refund was paid with nothing in view. kept contacting them and eventually they made payment today. More than 7 days of income loss because of incompetency, all they have to say is sorry to hear about that. This is the most pathetic service I have ever had to endure.
