WebuyCars Silverlakes is absolutely useless

The worst service and 'don't care' attitudes that I have ever experienced. We bought a vehicle from them, had it for 5 days then strange noises started. The car gave problems, we called them and asked them to take the car back.

We are now without a car for about a month and NOTHING has been done from their side. The debit order for payment will go off and I don't even have the car. We can't do anything, WebuyCars has to stop the debit order. This is absolutely unacceptable. Even the buying process was an unpleasant experience. Hmmm what a bad taste in my mouth
