Webuycars service don't deserve my time or money

I saw a car that I was interested in seeing and test driving at Webuycars Silver lakes. I called and after navigating Webuycars' nightmare of a phone system, it was confirmed that the vehicle was available and I was finally put through to Thapelo, a sales consultant at that branch. He claimed he was out with a vehicle but that I can come and look but that he would confirm by calling me back. I told him I would be there at 5pm. Arrived at 5pm, only to be told the car was just sold, and of course there was no sign of Thapelo. A man who I was told was the manager eventually offered to give me a fuel voucher for my trouble after I blew my lid, and offered an apology by the way of "sorry bud". None of the 5 or 6 consultants standing within earshot of what happened, offered to help me look for another car, or offered to show me the cars in their showroom. Being an hour from closing time, it was clear to me they had zero interest in assisting me. This is my 3rd (and last) negative experience with WBC - they will NEVER see me again.
