Webuycars selling vehicles without logbooks

Bought a vehicle qq days ago from the Durban branch. Cash. Been battling since then to get the logbook. I drove through to them (178 km) yesterday, after I was assured it will be there. It wasn't there. I spoke to a Jaco today and he promised to call me back. He didn't. I called him again and again was promised he will call back. He didn't. When I phoned the 3rd time today, he "wasn't available"
