Webuycars sales representative Ebrahim Mohamed is kaak

I made an enquiry for a mazda cx3 that i saw on webuycars website right after it went out of the auction. The sales representative called Ebrahim Mohamed, immediately called me and sent a WhatsApp message with application form and what documents i need to send him. Well i sent everything to him it was on a Tuesday, and since then he never bothered to call me and give me an update on what the banks are saying. I text he ignored me and I decided to call he ignored me today the status of the says sale in progress meaning someone put in an application for the car. I then called the complaints department still they failed to assist me. Webuycars they sell good buys to there friends and family and their services is nonsense. Im very much disappointed.
