WeBuyCars Richmond Park

Bought a Hyundai ix35 at the Richmond Park branch. The salesman was Xavier. There was a noise when we pressed or released the clutch when we test drove the car, we were told by Xavier it was a fender lining that was loose. After calling a shop to find out how much this would be to replace we decided it was acceptable and purchased the vehicle. We then took it to a RMI listed dealer close to us who told us it was the clutch, informed WBC of this and we were told it had to go to their workshop (we are in lakeside, they are in Milnerton), they didnt mention this when we told them we were taking it to the closer place in first place. They apparently fixed something but then the noise came back, it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get this resolved and they show absolutely no consideration for their customers after the sale has gone through. Now I am left to deal with their mechanic, who is on the other side of the world and they refuse to let me deal with someone closer to us. I will never recommend this company to anyone!
